Wellnest Parenting

I am a Child, Youth & Family Therapist in private practice, and one of my children is currently in Grade 8 at Fern. For the past six years, I have had the privilege of supporting many families from the Fern community and beyond.

I offer comprehensive services, including parenting support, direct therapy for children and youth, and assistance with mental health service navigation. All services are fully confidential. 

Additionally, I facilitate workshops and, as a Registered Social Worker, my services are often covered by insurance benefits. I also provide no-charge consultation calls for families interested in exploring whether my services align with their needs.
