Introducing: 2026/27 Fern School Council!

Our first meeting of the year happened on October 19th, and we ratified a new school council executive team, established sub-committees and even approved a few expenses (Forest of Reading, lunchbox tubs & an AV charging cart) to help our our school community - it was a very productive first meeting! 2026/27 Fern School Council Executive

• Stefanie Licursi was acclaimed as Chair.

• Lin Wan was acclaimed as Treasurer.

• Meghan Rule volunteered for Secretary.

2026/27 Sub Committees

Events, Communications, Community Engagement, Eco and Grad were established at the meeting. STEM and Equity committees are in the works as well. Anyone is welcome to join a committee - if you are interested in getting involved, please email fernaveschoolcouncil@gmail.com!

Congrats to all our new council members, and thanks to everyone who came to the meeting, and put their hands up to volunteer! It's going to be a great year for our kids.
