The wonderful folks at our independent neighbourhood toy store, Scooter Girl, have partnered with Fern Avenue School Council to bring you Fern Holiday Shopping Days! If you shop at Scooter Girl December 5 and 6 let them know you are a Fern parent, a percentage of your purchase goes to back to Fern Ave. School Council.

Join us for our  annual Holiday Movie Night! This edition will be run by our Grade 8 classes , who are organizing the event (with help from School Council) to raise funds for their Grad Trip in the spring ! Wednesday December 17 in the Fern Auditorium Doors at 5:30, Show starts at 6 pm To help avoid big lines at the door, this time around we are launching our NEW  movie & pizza party combo . We approved spending to help offset costs for an upcoming grade 7 field trip , as well as the Forest of Reading program , and are excited for our next meeting on November 4th, where we will brainstorm and discuss our overall fundraising and spending priorities for the year ahead.
