Fernapalooza 2025 is next week!

Fern's annual Fernapalooza Fun Fair is coming up on Thursday, June 19 (we are manifesting perfect weather).

Join us in the Fern Yard from 5-8 pm for an evening of fun, games, food, prizes and more!

Pre-ordered tickets will be available for pickup in the Fern Yard on Friday, June 13th from 8:30-9:30 am and 3:30-4 pm or at the Fernapalooza ticket booth. 

You can also buy concession tickets on site at the Fun Fair. 

🤝 VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED

We are still in need of some more adult (and student) volunteers for set up, clean up, serving hot dogs & treats, our bucket dunk tank, our prize station - there are lots of jobs! 🏆 DONATE PRIZES

Donations of new or gently used stuffies can be dropped off in the bin outside of 105 Wright Ave or in front of the school office. Other small/good condition items like games, Pokémon cards, and toys can also be donated.  But please nothing too big or in need of repair! Historically, we've had one extra-large stuffie to be raffled off  - email boothhanna@gmail.com if you're looking to get rid of a big ticket item or have questions about prize donations.

🕵️ MYSTERY BAGS

Your student should have received their empty mystery bag in their backpack last week - get creative & fill these with any new or like-new small items. Mystery bags can be returned to your student's classroom by Wednesday, June 18th and will be available for sale at the Fun Fair! 

🎂 CAKE COMPETITION

Calling all aspiring bakers and cake enthusiasts! Showcase your creativity and culinary skills as you compete for the title of Fern Cake-Off Champion at this year's Fernapalooza. Prizes for different age categories for kids, and a "parent-decorated" category, too! Winning cakes will be announced and auctioned off starting at 6:30pm! 

• Categories: Kindergarten (JK/SK), Primary (Grades 1-3), Junior (Grades 4-6), Senior (Grades 7-8) & Parent Decorated

• Contestants: Sign-in your cake between 4-5pm at Fernapalooza, or drop off at the school morning of labeled with phone number.
